Our beautiful Auburn centre is located in Cornwall Rd, providing easy access for families. Renovated from an existing centre, is our purpose built, airconditioned, 5 room Early Education Centre with an additional art studio.
Expansive decked verandahs and amazing outdoor playscapes provide for the perfect setting for our indoor/ outdoor program. With a centre bus onsite, we are able to ensure the children extend their learning into the community.
Hi, I’m Adibeh Sayed, the centre manager here at Little Giants Auburn.
Early childhood education is something I’ve always been passionate about. Growing up, I had two amazing teachers in primary school who had a great influence on me. I used to look forward to seeing their smiling faces every day and they helped me settle in and always showed me they cared. As I got older, it became my mission to impact the lives of children in the same way my teachers did in primary school. I always knew I enjoyed engaging and interacting with younger children, and as I began to study and started working with children, I knew I had made the right choice.
Early education has been embedded in my veins for over 10 years now. For my formal education, I started off by completing a Diploma of Children Services in 2007 and in 2008 I developed my skills further by studying a Bachelor of Early Childhood Studies (Child/Family).
At Little Giants Auburn, we believe that children are active agents in learning. Our team of educators are dedicated to creating a responsive and engaging learning environment that sustains children’s thinking to help further expand their learning and knowledge. We respect all aspects of diversity and believe in fostering meaningful reciprocal relationships. Open and honest communication is one of our core values and we like to build a strong community with children and their families.
When I’m not busy at Little Giants, I love spending time outside. As I got older, I developed a strong love for the outdoors, with nature teaching me that there is nothing wrong with me. When I’m outdoors, the noise of “my crazy life” fades away and I instantly feel at ease.
